It is based on thalidomide and loperamide hydrochloride (the active ingredients of Thalomid and Imodium a-d, respectively), and Thalomid and Imodium a-d (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study.
