It is based on abacavir sulfate; lamivudine; zidovudine and loperamide hydrochloride (the active ingredients of Trizivir and Imodium, respectively), and Trizivir and Imodium (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study.
