Vancomycin and Macrobid drug interactions - a phase IV clinical study of FDA data
Summary:
Drug interactions are reported among people who take Vancomycin (vancomycin) and Macrobid (nitrofurantoin; nitrofurantoin, macrocrystalline). Common drug interactions include renal failure among females and anal abscess among males.
The phase IV clinical study analyzes what interactions people have when they take Vancomycin and Macrobid. It is created by eHealthMe based on reports of 15 people who take the same drugs from the FDA, and is updated regularly.
What is Vancomycin?
Vancomycin has active ingredients of vancomycin. eHealthMe is studying from 17,165 Vancomycin users. Check the latest studies of Vancomycin.
What is Macrobid?
Macrobid has active ingredients of nitrofurantoin; nitrofurantoin, macrocrystalline. It is often used in urinary tract infection. eHealthMe is studying from 9,215 Macrobid users. Check the latest studies of Macrobid.
15 people who take Vancomycin and Macrobid together, and have interactions are studied.
