It is based on hydrochlorothiazide; lisinopril and glyburide; metformin hydrochloride (the active ingredients of Zestoretic and Glucovance, respectively), and Zestoretic and Glucovance (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study.
