It is based on fexofenadine hydrochloride and methylnaltrexone bromide (the active ingredients of Allegra and Relistor, respectively), and Allegra and Relistor (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study.
