Glucagon and Entresto drug interactions - a phase IV clinical study of FDA data
Summary:
Drug interactions are reported among people who take Glucagon (glucagon hydrochloride) and Entresto (sacubitril; valsartan). Common drug interactions include blood glucose increased among females and cardiac failure congestive among males.
The phase IV clinical study analyzes what interactions people have when they take Glucagon and Entresto. It is created by eHealthMe based on reports of 13 people who take the same drugs from the FDA, and is updated regularly.
What is Glucagon?
Glucagon has active ingredients of glucagon hydrochloride. eHealthMe is studying from 4,297 Glucagon users. Check the latest studies of Glucagon.
What is Entresto?
Entresto has active ingredients of sacubitril; valsartan. eHealthMe is studying from 126,628 Entresto users. Check the latest studies of Entresto.
13 people who take Glucagon and Entresto together, and have interactions are studied.

What are the common drug interactions of Glucagon and Entresto, by gender? *:
female:
- Blood glucose increased
- Chest pain
- Chills (felling of cold)
- Congestive cardiomyopathy (weakening of heart muscle)
- Deep vein thrombosis (blood clot in a major vein that usually develops in the legs and/or pelvis)
- Diabetes mellitus (diabetes, caused by a deficiency of the pancreatic hormone insulin)
- Disease progression
- Dyspnoea (difficult or laboured respiration)
- Enterovirus test positive
- Fall
male:
- Cardiac failure congestive
- Cardiac failure
- Dyspnoea (difficult or laboured respiration)
- Haemoptysis (blood-stained sputum from the bronchi, larynx, trachea, or lungs)
- Hepatic cirrhosis (chronic liver disease characterized by replacement of liver tissue by fibrosis, scar tissue)
- Hyponatraemia (abnormally low level of sodium in the blood; associated with dehydration)
- Hypotension (abnormally low blood pressure)
- Left ventricular failure (left ventricle fails to contract forcefully)
- Oesophageal obstruction (blockage of oesophagus)
- Pneumonia streptococcal (pneumonia, caused by streptococcus pneumoniae)
What are the common drug interactions of Glucagon and Entresto, by age (0-1 to 60+)? *:

- Blood sodium increased
- Cardiovascular disorder (heart diseases)
- Chills (felling of cold)
- Congestive cardiomyopathy (weakening of heart muscle)
