It is based on ledipasvir; sofosbuvir and valganciclovir hydrochloride (the active ingredients of Harvoni and Valcyte, respectively), and Harvoni and Valcyte (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study.
