It is based on loperamide hydrochloride and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) (the active ingredients of Imodium and Calcium ascorbate, respectively), and Imodium and Calcium ascorbate (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study.
