It is based on loperamide hydrochloride and pancrelipase (amylase;lipase;protease) (the active ingredients of Imodium and Pancreaze, respectively), and Imodium and Pancreaze (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study.
