It is based on lomitapide mesylate and amiodarone hydrochloride (the active ingredients of Juxtapid and Amiodarone hydrochloride, respectively), and Juxtapid and Amiodarone hydrochloride (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study.
