It is based on atropine sulfate; diphenoxylate hydrochloride and aspirin; butalbital; caffeine (the active ingredients of Lomotil and Fiorinal, respectively), and Lomotil and Fiorinal (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study.
