Nuedexta and Modafinil drug interactions - a phase IV clinical study of FDA data
Summary:
Drug interactions are reported among people who take Nuedexta (dextromethorphan hydrobromide; quinidine sulfate) and Modafinil (modafinil). Common drug interactions include multiple sclerosis relapse among females and deep vein thrombosis among males.
The phase IV clinical study analyzes what interactions people have when they take Nuedexta and Modafinil. It is created by eHealthMe based on reports of 65 people who take the same drugs from the FDA, and is updated regularly.
What is Nuedexta?
Nuedexta has active ingredients of dextromethorphan hydrobromide; quinidine sulfate. eHealthMe is studying from 3,781 Nuedexta users. Check the latest studies of Nuedexta.
What is Modafinil?
Modafinil has active ingredients of modafinil. It is often used in narcolepsy. eHealthMe is studying from 20,805 Modafinil users. Check the latest studies of Modafinil.

How the study uses the data?
The study uses data from the FDA. It is based on dextromethorphan hydrobromide; quinidine sulfate and modafinil (the active ingredients of Nuedexta and Modafinil, respectively), and Nuedexta and Modafinil (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study.
How to use the study?
