It is based on tacrolimus and hydrocodone bitartrate; ibuprofen (the active ingredients of Prograf and Hydrocodone, respectively), and Prograf and Hydrocodone (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study.
