It is based on elexacaftor, ivacaftor, tezacaftor; ivacaftor and tobramycin (the active ingredients of Trikafta and Kitabis pak, respectively), and Trikafta and Kitabis pak (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study.
