It is based on omeprazole; sodium bicarbonate and diphenhydramine hydrochloride (the active ingredients of Zegerid and Hydramine, respectively), and Zegerid and Hydramine (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study.
