It is based on fexofenadine hydrochloride and elexacaftor, ivacaftor, tezacaftor; ivacaftor (the active ingredients of Allegra allergy and Trikafta, respectively), and Allegra allergy and Trikafta (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study.
