It is based on sulfamethoxazole; trimethoprim and silver sulfadiazine (the active ingredients of Bactrim and Silvadene, respectively), and Bactrim and Silvadene (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study.
