It is based on dihydroergotamine mesylate; heparin sodium; lidocaine hydrochloride and sulfamethoxazole; trimethoprim (the active ingredients of Embolex and Cotrim, respectively), and Embolex and Cotrim (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study.
