It is based on leuprolide acetate and loperamide hydrochloride (the active ingredients of Lupron and Imodium a-d, respectively), and Lupron and Imodium a-d (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study.
