It is based on hydromorphone hydrochloride and nortriptyline hydrochloride (the active ingredients of Dilaudid and Aventyl, respectively), and Dilaudid and Aventyl (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study.
