Ismo and Prednisone drug interactions - a phase IV clinical study of FDA data
Summary:
Drug interactions are reported among people who take Ismo (isosorbide mononitrate) and Prednisone (prednisone). Common drug interactions include hyponatraemia among females and atrial flutter among males.
The phase IV clinical study analyzes what interactions people have when they take Ismo and Prednisone. It is created by eHealthMe based on reports of 30 people who take the same drugs from the FDA, and is updated regularly.
What is Ismo?
Ismo has active ingredients of isosorbide mononitrate. eHealthMe is studying from 982 Ismo users. Check the latest studies of Ismo.
What is Prednisone?
Prednisone has active ingredients of prednisone. It is often used in rheumatoid arthritis. eHealthMe is studying from 636,827 Prednisone users. Check the latest studies of Prednisone.
30 people who take Ismo and Prednisone together, and have interactions are studied.

The study uses data from the FDA. It is based on isosorbide mononitrate and prednisone (the active ingredients of Ismo and Prednisone, respectively), and Ismo and Prednisone (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study.
